API struct in cloudformation.serverless package does not support 'OpenApiVersion' field #280

Taking a look at the spec, the field 'OpenApiVersion' is already added to AWS::Serverless::API

This field is needed to avoid creating a duplicated stage in each apigateway, as explained here: aws/serverless-application-model#191 (comment)
