Question about calculation of ExpCC and contactcounts for another loop set

I have some questions I'd like to ask.

First, here are the control and treatment groups, and I used fithic to generate the final ’significances.txt.gz‘ file. The significant interactions obtained for each group contain contactcount and ExpCC columns. If I want to calculate the contact counts and ExpCC of the significant interactions obtained by the treatment group in the control group, so as to compare the strength of the loops, is there a quick way to do this? In fact, the code in the fithic.py file is a bit difficult for me at the moment.
