Ashlar runs on Django 1.8, which is no longer supported as of April 1st. Ashlar should support the current 1.x LTS version (1.11).

In the process of upgrading Django support, I realized that djsonb is preventing us from supporting Django 2.0+. As such, I split Django 2.0+ support off into its own issue (#27) which can be addressed once djsonb is deprecated (#12).
