Need help importing an SQL

Hello all,
I know this is probably answered somewhere deep in the forums but I had no such luck finding something. I'm extremely new to running my own server and only got it work by using a guide, I got cocky and thought I would understand how to install Solocraft, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to dump the SQL into the proper folders to make the server run again.
I'm running my server off a Debian box, if anyone can help me understand the command line, or give me some suggestions I would very much appreciate it.
