Please add a way to specify a city

I don't quite understand why there's a a CITIES.MD list with all the available cities to connect to if it's not actually in use somewhere, unless I'm missing something. Being able to instruct the container to connect to a particular area while staying within the US would be a huge help. Neither of the bubuntux images support this and this is the only other Nord container I can find where switching location actually works. The extra granularity is all that's missing. Thanks.

Because this repo is actually hard-coded the servers for each country instead of asking NordVPN for available list. The repo authors only provides 1 recommended server for each country here:

That’s also the reason why this image size is so small because it doesn’t install the ~300M NordVPN package.

Maybe the city server list could be updated via NordVPN web API, but I’m not sure.
