I would like to make use of the "password-history" custom policy but I could not get it to work properly. I'm just getting the ".Cannot process your request right now, please try again later"

Appreciate if you could provide any tips/guides on how to get it working. I have the following policies.

B2C_1A_PASSWORDRESET
B2C_1A_TRUSTFRAMEWORKBASE
B2C_1A_TRUSTFRAMEWORKEXTENSIONS
B2C_1A_TRUSTFRAMEWORKLOCALIZATION
B2C_1A_SIGNUP_SIGNIN

I have configured App services and connected to key Vault.
