Proposed feature

Our path-to-regexp version seems vulnerable. Unfortunately, it is included in nestjs-serve-static 4.0.2 where there isn't a new version currently available. There is an open issue and we should update as soon as possible: nestjs/serve-static#1513

This is fixed by downgrading, leaving this open until a new version of serve-static is available
