Thank you @alons-kh. Can you also check these items (I copied it from the application template):

(option 1) Please note these 3 requirements for new contrib projects:

(option 1 -- optional) Post a link here to an issue in the drupal.org queue notifying the Drupal 7 maintainers that you are working on a Backdrop port of their project

Currently, your module is close to ready, but there are still some improvements that need to be made. It needs to maintain the Drupal git repository commit history. That means you should be cloning that repository: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/field_group_multiple, making a new 1.x-1.x branch from the 7.x-1.x branch and then making your changes on top of that in a new commit. And the repository name should match the .info and .module namespace: field_group_multiple. And you will need to improve the README.md by using https://raw.githubusercontent.com/backdrop-ops/contrib/master/examples/README.md as a template. There are some required sections.
