The TODO.md file mentioned in the readme is missing. Since some of the "few" feautures specified in XSLT yet still missing in this library are quite relevant for any serious use (<xsl:import>, <xsl:include>), this file should definitely exist; better yet, the limitations should be properly documented in README.md.
