Add the Helm chart and other Backstage related efforts to ArtifactHub

• Determine individual who should drive effort
• Determine artifacts that should be added

Although would we need to enable the Container Images integration? As we'd only require the Hem Chart integration for the Backstage Helm Chart?

I've laid the foundation for this through #92 so I can continue to drive this effort.

On ArtifactHub I was able to find numerous other Backstage helm charts including ours. Our chart is published there by an unrelated party.

We can claim this chart through the official Ownership claim process. Before we do that, I'd like to see if we can get @christianknell to transfer the chart to us on his own initiative. 🙂

I think for now we can stick with the HTTP-served repository-based artifacts.

great to hear that you will publish the Chart now in an official way. Have been using it for months so far and simply love it.

Artifact Hub only allows the transfer to an organization that I am part of. So you would need to add me to your organization on Artifact Hub or I can simply remove your Repository and you add it again?
