Featurevisor manages your feature flags, experiments, and remote configuration declaratively from your Git repository.
Built-in it, there's a static website generator functionality, to get a quick overview of all the feature flags, segments, and attributes (and their history of changes). I'd like to build the same functionality as Backstage plugin.

And on top of that, you'll be able to see who & when last modified all the above items.
