🔌 Plugin: GCP view resources

Hi,
I would like to be able to integrate my GCP project with Backstage in order to make a view of our existing resources.
Of course, that can be elaborate to create & delete resources but viewing them is an amazing start.

For example Cloud Run Jobs, Cloud Functions, Storage Buckets, etc...

A simple UI page that only list the resources and can be viewed by type, name, and so on..
