🔌 Plugin: Firebase Remote Config

Summary

Our frontend engineers use Firebase Remote Config to control their feature flags and A/B test values. It would be great if we could add annotations to our client application entities in the catalog and embed the information directly in Backstage.

There is JS SDK we could make use of to help kickstart things.
