What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click en "agregar otro".
2. click en "agregar otro".
3. Modificar los valores del segundo form.
4. Eliminar el segundo form.
5. Click en "calcular".

What is the expected output?
Se calcula el salario para el primer y tercer form.

What do you see instead?
Se calcula el salario del primer y segundo form.
