Coveralls.io shield showing "vendor unresponsive", actual badge present #163

Hi, any idea why this is happening? The example badge from shields.io is definitely present here: https://coveralls.io/r/jekyll/jekyll (Coverage Status), but this shows an error: http://img.shields.io/coveralls/jekyll/jekyll/master.svg ()

Coverage's servers in particular seem to limit my requests quite strongly. I'll try to extend a caching layer to cover the fact that they're often not fast enough to respond.
