explore partnership with MangoPay

MangoPay is the European Balanced: http://www.mangopay.com/.

Over on Gittip we're looking at MangoPay as a possible vendor for the European market. I'm opening a ticket here because @Celinelz (MangoPay CEO) expressed interest in talking with Balanced.

What if, as a Balanced customer, I had direct access to MangoPay's platform? And vice versa? That would be a big win for me as a customer because it would give me access to the European market, which as we know is the number one request for both Balanced (#23) and Gittip (gratipay/gratipay.com#126). A formal partnership between MangoPay and Balanced would be a huge story about a) open-company-style collaboration, and b) bridging U.S. and European markets.

I'd love to see this happen since I think gittip is great but (like many US based payments based sites) almost useless for non-US users due to this problem.
