Empty entries are kept when setting the database-migrate to alter

When I configure set the migrate-property in config/models.js to alter and restart the server, previous entries are kept, but they are empty except for id, createdAt and updatedAt.

The id also continues where it left of before, so this might be connected to #41 ?
