When we compile an Oracle script (wasm) with rust 1.70 (stable version), we receive the error about compilation.

Rust version: rustc 1.70.0 (90c541806 2023-05-31)
Error: caused by fail to deserialize wasm into Partity-wasm module: owasm compilation failed

I think it's related to parity_wasm dependency.
