We will not be upgrading Sprout Fields to Craft 4 as a standalone plugin, only as it's component parts as they relate to the needs in our plugin.

Any fields we need independent of the plugin will likely be migrated as private Yii modules as we need to reduce the amount of code we are publicly maintaining.

You are welcome to copy the code for any given field(s) and release a similar plugin if you would like. You also may want to add your support to existing Craft discussions such as the request for a native Address Field.
