Incorrect command for fetching secrets with bitwarden secrets manager

I believe the following command in the documentation might be incorrect:

kamal secrets fetch --adapter bitwarden-sm

When running this, the following error is raised:

ERROR (RuntimeError): You must specify what to retrieve from Bitwarden Secrets Manager

I believe the command needs to specify all, like this:

kamal secrets fetch --adapter bitwarden-sm all

Or, if you're working with a machine account that has access to multiple projects and want to specify a particular project, the command should be:

kamal secrets fetch --adapter bitwarden-sm ProjectId/all

Where ProjectId refers to the ID of the project you want to fetch secrets from.
