Probably dumb questions but I can't figure out the following:

change SSL port (tried changing \EC2Box-jetty\jetty\etc\jetty.xml) but didn't work
change SSL cert (tried keystore command to install cert, but still uses self-sign cert)
where can I set things link gzip compression, static file expiration, etc.?

The port is in the start.ini file

## Port to use to build URIs for secure redirects
# jetty.httpConfig.securePort=8443

also need to set it in the /etc/jetty-ssl.xml

This should help with installing the cert
bastillion-io/Bastillion#130

and Jetty site should have the rest
http://www.eclipse.org/jetty/documentation/9.2.10.v20150310/gzip-filter.html
