After updating from 1.9.1 ot 1.9.4 I started getting this error:

ERROR: Error computing the main repository mapping: rules_jvm_external@6.0 depends on rules_kotlin@1.9.0 with compatibility level 1, but <root> depends on rules_kotlin@1.9.4 with compatibility level 0 which is different
