Could you try this command?: sudo sysctl -w vm.min_free_kbytes=524288
And, could you please check if the throughput changes when Synology is directly connected(without the switch) to a PC?

I have the same problem. It shows "Link Speed 1000, USB 2" , i don't know why it is not USB 3

Regarding the issue of being recognized as a USB 2.0 device, I updated the troubleshooting page. Check it, please.

The cause is that the device is not recognized by USB 3.0. Please refer to the page for a solution.
