Following on from #216, this ticket is to:

Implement WHOIS functionality so analytics include user information
Establish best ways to inform user that we will be tracking their usage of the app
Implement prompting users to disable ad blocker when using the app so analytics will be sent

See this PR for WHOIS implementation on a previous project.
