ExplorerPatcher works well on windows 11 build 25398 except for the start menu. And this project doesn't seem to work. It appears that startui.dll is missing in 25398, causing startmenuexperiencehost.exe crashing at startmenuexperiencehost!StartUI::startui_XamlTypeInfo::XamlMetaDataProvider::XamlMetaDataProvider

Use ExplorerPatcher. You may also want to follow the video in this 10SM depository. That series of video do have something creative. Well, I didn't the try the video part yet. Looks dangerous than other parts.
