Chapters that will be published in the future shouldnt be visible on contributor list

1. Set an episode as published with "publish date" in the future and available date from the past
2. Make sure the episode has Episode timedmetadata
3. The chapters from the episode will then be shown as top items on the contributor list
4. When clicked, the player playholder shows the video is not available and will be published at xxx

Expected: Chapters to be published in the future should not be visible in the contributor list
