GC Notify: Ministry - add exception type to the body of email Ministry-Student Submits App with Exception Request

As a Ministry User I want ** to be able to see the type of exception request in email that comes to the Ministry.)*

Additional Context

• As a Ministry User who triages tickets I would like to be able to triage exception requests without going back into SIMS. This will increase my efficiency and decrease the triaging time.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add exceptionType(???) variable into GC Notification Ministry - Student Submits Application with Exception Request
• Add "Exception Type" label to the body of email in template above between Application and Date/Time lines
