Rescind Transport Permit

Staff may rescind a transport permit.

Analysis is required to determine if this is a standalone transaction or something that is completed as part of a correction/amendment or possibly by data fix. Understanding of current process and volume will be necessary.

Note: Sharon has noted "Yes. Lets dig into that.. because BCOL can do this.. but I don’t know how staff can. (re: rescinding transports)"

Current requirements gathering has identified that a transport permit can be amended. #18564 has been created for this task. Further discussions on whether there is also the ability to rescind (cancel) a transport permit will be raised Nov 28th, 2023.

I think we can close this ticket. We have a ticket for Amend a Permit #18564 and to Cancel a Permit #19002.
