@melissa, yes this is still a small issue:

• Person giving notice - top and bottom spacing should be 30px

• Review and Confirm page. Spacing is inconsistent. Should be 60px between sections (This inconsistency is a global issue, Transport Permits, Residential Exemption, ect)
