UI Bug - MHR Table updates - incorrect order for drafts

MHR Table (Staff and Qualified Suppliers)

1. Handling for MHR draft transactions under a Parent row:

Follow the same draft rules as PPR;

• drafts should always appear right under parent row (right now I believe they are being listed based on date and not staying at the top of the child rows list)
• if there are multiple drafts, the drafts appear with most recently created or updated draft appearing at the top, for example, if there are multiple drafts, and the oldest draft was then updated and re-saved as a draft, it would move to the top of the drafts list

Hey @cameron-eyds , everything looks good, but a minor fix. Please take a look, thanks!

• if there are multiple drafts, the drafts appear with most recently created or updated draft appearing at the top, for example, if there are multiple drafts, and the oldest draft was then updated and re-saved as a draft, it would move to the top of the drafts list (currently, this is not moved to the top)

Before updating the existing draft:

After updating the Registry Correction - Staff Error or Omission draft, it should move to the top:
