Test Results

I checked this in Dev. The FED was supposed to be Nov 9, 2023 at 9:50 am:

The alteration notice correctly shows the filed date and alteration date:

However, the receipt only shows the filed date. It does not show the alteration date:

@Mihai-QuickSilverDev Should the alteration date be displayed on the receipt? Dana's attached receipt (screenshot below) shows both the filed date and effective date. I wonder if something was broken recently.
