More generic wording required for Name Request email content for some letters #18403

Next steps on Name Request Letters directs users to "Register the {entity type} by completing the Incorporation Application". See example below

However, this information does not cover all other filings that require an NR. For example filings on Change of Names, Amalgamations, Alterations etc. require an NR. A more generic phrasing is therefore required to better account for all filings.
• Entity types affected include the modernized emails, the Colin emails and the Societies emails
• Email contents affected include the Approved, Conditionally Approved and Expiring soon emails

@eve-git as discussed, this applies to letters for all entity types, especially the approved, conditionally approved and the expiring soon letters. Anywhere terms like "register your business" is found, it should be replaced by a more generic text like "complete your application" since NR's are generated for other purposes apart from just registrations or incorporations.

The letters have been tested and are ready. They were also reviewed by the home team.
