UI Design - Allow Multiple Transport Permits

Scenarios may arise where one transport permit is submitted, and then another one is required prior to the expiry of the first (for a different location). The business noted this is most common if a home is sent to a temporary storage facility while homeowners look for a permanent place for their home. If they find a location before the 30 days for the first transport permit has concluded, they should still be able to move the home.

UI Design is required. Specifically, staff noted that there should be a warning presented when a transport permit is submitted and an existing permit is still active. In BCOL the following message displays:

I'm going to close this ticket as Amending Transport Permit #18564 solves the issue. They will also have the capability to Cancel a transport Permit.
