Contact Us email address displaying incorrectly

Describe the bug in current situation
We have an ops ticket to fix the contact us information on bc registries app. there are extra brackets in the email address around the {@}.

This is in Prod.

1. Load the Contact Us dialogue

Expected behavior
These extra brackets should not be there, instead a regular email address format
