As per PI Objectives, complete the requirements for a skeleton version of Add a Significant Individual.

In Scope:

User Story: As a legal professional I want to be able to add a significant individual to a company that I manage, so that the company will be in compliance with the law.

Workflow for Legal Professional

1. Start on the business dashboard of the company they want to manage. (add right column section for Current Significant Individuals); Click Change.
2. One the Significant Individual Change page, click Add a Significant Individual.

Out of scope:
• Workflows for business owners, company officials, Canadian and international beneficial owners
• Juricert verification
• BCSC verification and data population;
• Company info page update;
• Correction filings;
• Check for excluded company types
• Accessibility
• Other forms of verification
