BE - fix json columns issue in transfer script

With the latest version of the db tool(dbschemacli) that we are using for data transfer/conversion, there have been some changes. The existing transfer_to_new_lear.sql script seems to have troubles with json columns.

TODOs

• Investigate why this json column issue is happening
• Fix script such that json column data is transferred from old to new LEAR db
