A design revision was introduced to Review and Confirm step of the amalgamations; both regular and short form.

The phrase "Important: Amalgamation cannot be undone without a court order." should be enclosed in an amber box.

@severinbeauvais The warning box looks good, but the title of the section below should be Amalgamation Information, not Amalgamation Application. Is that being updated in a later ticket?
