Assist Wills in reconciliation for year end

Noticed an issue with reports that they weren't considering PST/PDT time, only UTC time.

Lisa couldn't reconcile using the excel sheets we send out, I've fixed the data and resent it out

We've identified some of the reports consider UTC and not PDT/PST, these need to be adjusted and reviewed.

Waiting for some answers from Lisa before emailing out to VS finance, as this could lead to a bit more work. Will add in SBC finance to the emails for the reports. Will send over an adhoc report that covers previous statements or reports.
