Recurring "stack MISSED results" errors

Describe the bug

We get recurring errors in the namex-api due to "stack MISSED results". These happen dozens of times a day. If this is a bug in the stacks then it should be fixed so that all results are properly returned. If, however, this is only a bug in reporting missed results, that bug should be fixed so that we are not responding to errors that do not exist.

To Reproduce

Try the following in Prod: black bear asphalt repair and maintenance

logs will say MISSED results: ['BLACKRETE PAVING LTD.']
If you add BLACKRETE to the exact phrase box, it finds it in the last exact word order stack. Without the exact phrase, it doesn't show in the last stack so i believe these are being missed for real

Expected behavior

The API should not be logging errors.
