Issues with accessing an existing NR with phone and email

I have noticed that when doing a search using "Manage My Name Request",sometimes you can't manage a name request using a phone number or email, two times in a row. If you do a search with a phone number, the next time you do it, you have to use an email. Is there a reason why this keeps happening?

Steps to replicate

1. Request a name
2. Go to "manage an existing NR" tab
3. Enter NR, and phone number
4. it works
5. CLick "back" to g to "manage an existing NR" tab
6. Enter NR and phone number again
7. It doesn't work
8. Try NR and email
9. Works

Impact

Minimal impact, confusing but if the client makes a few attempt they will get access to their NR

I cannot reproduce this (in Dev). I followed the steps exactly (except for clicking Exit instead of Back (*)).

It may be that the displayed fields are not saved to the search variables (ie, the event that does so is not triggered). This should be looked at.

(*) Clicking "Back" (browser button) takes me to the page I was on before NR UI, because NR UI does not use routes (ie, separate "pages") to navigate between screens, so there is only 1 browser history item.
