Describe the Bug
The Allocation agreement schedule is incorrectly offering a prescribed option for determining fuel codes when it should not. The only fuel types that should have a "prescribed" option for determining fuel codes are the three fossil-based fuel types: Fossil-derived diesel, Fossil-derived gasoline, and Fossil-derived jet fuel. Other fuel types should not have a prescribed option for determining fuel codes, but this is currently being displayed for additional fuels.

Expected Behaviour
The Allocation Schedule should only provide a prescribed option for determining fuel codes for the following fossil-based fuel types:

• Fossil-derived diesel
• Fossil-derived gasoline
• Fossil-derived jet fuel

No other fuel types should have this prescribed option for determining fuel codes. All other fuel types in this schedule should have default and fuel code options for determining CI only.

Actual Behaviour
The Allocation agreement schedule is incorrectly providing a prescribed option for determining fuel codes for fuel types other than fossil-derived diesel, fossil-derived gasoline, and fossil-derived jet fuel.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the Allocation agreement schedule in the compliance report.
2. Input a fuel type other than fossil-derived diesel, fossil-derived gasoline, or fossil-derived jet fuel.
3. Observe that a prescribed option for determining fuel codes is incorrectly available for these other fuel types.
