Describe the task
Deploy the entire BCMI project to the OpenShift test environment.

Purpose
So we can work toward deployment production and give access to the Service Owners.

Acceptance Criteria

BCMI deploys to OpenShift
UI functions as expected (strapi, keycloak, frontend, etc..)
The data is copied across to the database
SO have access

Additional context

Will need to create secrets
