Task Auto-Approve NRs that have been resubmitted and meet a strict set of acceptance criteria

Detailed Description

Create a new job that will auto-approve resubmitted NR's that have:

already been approved
previous_nr is still valid and has not expired
the submitted name has not been altered and is an exact match to the approved name
the outcome is an APPROVED | CONDITIONAL unfurnished NR that matches the previous NR.
