Task (Use for Work not Directly related to a Story but supports the Sprint Goals)

Detailed Description

The synonyms for Solr have been moved into a database table, and the synonyms.txt file has been removed from the repository. However, the synonyms.txt file continues to show up in the Solr image - perhaps it is somehow cached by OpenShift? Figure out how to remove it from the image, so that users are not confused about where the synonyms are coming from.

Uncertain about how much effort this will take. It's only an hour or two to redeploy Solr once the change is made. However, the time needed to figure out what the change is is not quantifiable.

Sprint Goal

As a temporary measure to reduce confusion, the synonyms.txt files have been added back into the repository with no data. This will do for now, but eventually the root problem should be sorted out.
