Task (Use for Work not Directly related to a Story but supports the Sprint Goals)

Detailed Description

When loading the trademarks in test, Solr would restart itself within the pod (that is, the pod did not restart, only the Solr process). When this happens the log files are overwritten and any information about what was happening before the restart is lost. Operationally this of course leaves us guessing about the cause of the problem.

Before trying to fix the problem, fix the logging and reproduce the problem. Check the "Configuring Logging" section of the reference guide to see what we can do. Note of course that we don't want to create a problem where long-running pods run out of disk due to too many log files.

Reload of trademarks in dev had no failures. Test had multiple failures, so not sure why there was a difference.
