Describe the task
Once an external user logs into the system using BCeID or Services Card, the user should be redirected to the formsflow dashboard. Currently the system redirects to the react application dashboard

Acceptance Criteria

  • User is redirected to formsflow dashboard
  • Unit tests are updated
  • Functionality works in dev environment
