Consider updating the bots words matter logic to address recent changes at GitHub

GitHub has decided to go with main as the primary branch on all new repos starting in Oct. We should consider addressing if teams should a) rename to master for consistency; b) rename all their repos to use main for consistency; or c) just keep new repos as main and don't worry about the past.
