Dears,
It seems that participants are automatically accepted in the competition (without any admin approuval).
Is it a bug or a feature?

Hello,
This is a feature. :)

This behavior can be edited in either the UI or the competition.yml :

From the UI: un-check "Auto approve registration requests" from the participation tab inside the edit menu.
From the competition.yml: edit the line registration_auto_approve: true

Feel free to re-open the issue to continue the discussion.
