Describe the bug
It doesnt trigger the onTap when the navigationexpander items were in flyout.

What version of fluent_ui are you using? This should be fixed in the latest version

I've use latest version of fluent ui and I cloned the example and add onTap in it. when the displayMode was compact the onTap doesnt trigger when the menu popup thru flyout.
