Experiment with timing imprecision

As someone has already requested in beatboxjs/beatbox.js#2, it could be interesting to experiment with some random timing imprecision. Each stroke would randomly be played a few milliseconds earlier or later than intended. This would mimic the imprecisions of a human band and might sound better, particularly for breaks where all instruments hit at the same time (for example Karla break).
